about
What is Söderhem?

Söderhem begins from a close reading of the changes that come with a longer life. In countries like Sweden, where longevity has been part of reality for decades, cities, services and architecture were designed to support that extended time. In Brazil, the same longevity meets an essential value: human warmth, spontaneous company and natural sociability.
Söderhem comes from the union of those two forces. It is more than a real-estate product; it is an integrated way of living, where architecture, community and wellbeing work together to hold life up over time, with autonomy, belonging and quality.
It is a more conscious relationship with time, with the body, with people and with a life in motion. Here, housing is a means for that to happen, part of an ecosystem that thinks about longevity in a human, continuous and responsible way.
Why now
We live longer. The world has not caught up.
Longer life has changed how we live, how we relate to one another and how we picture the future. Housing, services and cities still answer with models designed for another era. Söderhem exists to align time, life and space with responsibility and a long view.
The Söderhem model
Life first. Everything else follows.
Söderhem works as an integrated ecosystem. Architecture, community, wellbeing and autonomy are considered together, creating environments that support life over time — without interruption, without institutionalisation.
Projects
Every project is a translation of this vision.
We develop projects with developers and investors aligned to an ethical, long-term view. Each development respects context, culture and people, with a focus on quality, continuity and positive impact. The first development is taking shape at Lagoa da Conceição, in Florianópolis, in partnership with Domini Incorporadora, with launch planned for 2026.
Who leads
Daline Moura Hällbom, founder and CEO.
Söderhem is a Brazilian-Swedish company, and the only one in Brazil dedicated exclusively to senior living. It comes out of a working life spread across Sweden, Ireland and the United Arab Emirates — and the conviction that the Nordic way of living well for longer is translated, not copied.
