Söderhem is a purpose-built living project for the 50+ generation, developed by Soderhem Holding Ltda., based in Florianópolis, Brazil. We are the controller of the personal data described below.

We collect only what you send us voluntarily through the forms on this site:

• —Name and email — required on any submission.
• —Phone and city — optional.
• —Your message and the reason for contact you selected.
• —If you ticked the consent box: the exact wording shown to you, the language it was shown in, and the date and time you submitted.

We use no tracking cookies, and we neither buy nor enrich contact lists. To measure site audience we use Vercel Web Analytics, which records the page visited, the country, the device type and the referring site — with no cookies and no identifier stored in your browser. These measurements are aggregated and are not linked to you or to anything you send us through the forms.

We use your data solely to reply to you and, where you have consented, to send notices about events and project news. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Submissions are written to a Google Sheets spreadsheet accessible only to the Söderhem team. Google acts as our processor and holds servers outside Brazil, which constitutes an international transfer under the LGPD. We apply technical and administrative measures to restrict access.

Consent to receive communications is optional and separate from sending us a message — you can contact us without joining any list. We keep a record of each consent, and you may withdraw it at any time, without giving a reason, by writing to the address below.

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018), you may request access to, correction of, portability of, anonymisation of, or deletion of your data, as well as information about who we have shared it with. We will respond within fifteen days.
